Combining cooking capabilities with a warming feature, the Adcraft Full Size Food Cooker/Warmer is constructed with a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and has an interior well made out of 20-Gauge 18/8-stainless steel. The unit is designed with a steel element support that stabilizes the heating elements and reflects heat toward food, providing even heat distribution. The 6.5 in. deep well can accommodate food pans up to 4 in. deep. This unit preheats quickly to 180°F in around 10-minutes and maintains food temperatures in excess of 140°F to meet the requirements for food safety. Adjustable heating control allows for keeping food warm at a desired temperature for an extended period of time. Easy to clean, lightweight and they each come with an adjustable thermostat knob. The adjustable temperature range up to 212°F allows the unit to also be used as a slow cooker. 120-Volt, 1500W, 12.5 Amps. The unit comes with a 5 ft. power cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug.
